RELEASE, WAIVER, COVENANT NOT TO SUE AND AGREEMENT TO INDEMNIFY THE HOUSTON CHAPTER OF AMIGOS DE LAS AMERICAS
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Sheldon Lake project, I, on behalf of myself, my family, heirs, assigns and representatives, hereby release, waive, covenant not to sue and agree to indemnify the Houston Chapter of Amigos de las Americas ("Houston Chapter"), its directors, officers, trainers and its volunteers for any claims arising out of the injury or death of the participant or damage to the property of the participant, even if caused by the Houston Chapter's own negligence, while participating in the Sheldon Lake project.
